Answers to Common Questions

We offer support across four key areas: community wellness and mental health, agricultural support and resources, offshore worker engagement, and community connection and development. This includes one-to-one support, peer groups, workshops, referrals, events, and practical resources tailored to rural life.

Our services are open to anyone living or working in rural communities. This includes farmers and agricultural workers, offshore and rotational workers, their families, and any community member who could benefit from support, connection, or resources.

Yes. Confidentiality is at the heart of everything we do. Any information you share with us is treated with the utmost care and respect. We will never share your details without your consent, except where there is an immediate risk to safety.

You can reach us by phone, email, or through the contact form on our website. We are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you prefer, you can also speak to us at one of our community events or be referred through a partner organisation.

No referral is needed. You can contact us directly at any time. If you have been referred by a partner organisation, GP, or other service, that is absolutely fine too — but it is not required.

We organise a range of events including workshops, peer support sessions, community gatherings, volunteer days, and skill-sharing activities. Events are available in-person, virtually, and in hybrid formats to suit different needs and locations.

We welcome volunteers in many roles — from helping at events to supporting outreach and community programmes. Visit our Get Involved page or contact us directly to find out about current opportunities and how you can make a difference.
