Annette Mitchell
President
Annette has dedicated her career to health and community services, with over 21 years at MS Canada supporting people living with MS and their families to sustain independence and quality of life. Her experience spans corrections and employment services, grounding her work in compassion and practicality. A strong communicator, Annette is a skilled facilitator and trusted community connector who brings people together to create meaningful impact.
Linda Bastone
Vice President
Linda is a practicing chiropodist and a self-driven leader with a strong feminist lens. Passionate about both care and community, she brings the same intention to her work as she does to event planning—creating spaces where women feel inspired, empowered, and supported to grow and thrive.
Laurie Nigh
Board Member
Laurie is a dedicated community member with nearly three decades of roots in Norfolk County. With a professional foundation in Social Work and counselling, Laurie has spent the last 20 years empowering others through her practice as a Pilates and Movement Teacher. She deeply values Norfolk’s agricultural community and serves on the Worship Team for International Workers, organizing seasonal services that offer a sense of community and spiritual support.
