President
Annette has over 21 years in health and community services, including her time at MS Canada supporting people and families to sustain independence. A skilled facilitator and trusted connector, she brings people together to create meaningful impact.

Vice President
Linda is a practicing chiropodist and community leader passionate about care and empowerment. She creates spaces where people feel inspired, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
Laurie Nigh
Board Member
Rooted in Norfolk County for nearly three decades, Laurie brings a background in social work and counselling alongside 20 years as a Pilates and Movement Teacher. She deeply values the agricultural community and organises seasonal services for international workers.
